At Duba Toys, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to bring smiles — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help you with an easy return or replacement process. 💖 


🧸 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Items that have been used, altered, or are missing parts cannot be returned.


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via email or WhatsApp.

  2. Share your Order ID, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as applicable.


💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for the refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
