  • Q: How can I place an order?   

    You can easily browse our toys, add them to your cart, and complete your order using our secure checkout. 

  • Q: When will I receive my order?   

    Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. 

  • Q: Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?   

    No, COD is not available.

  • Q: How can I track my order?   

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your delivery in real time.

✽  Returns & Replacements

  • Q: What is your return policy?   

    If you receive a damaged or defective toy, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. 

  • Q: How do I request a return?   

    Simply reach out to our support team via email or WhatsApp, share your order ID and issue details, and we’ll guide you through the process. 

  • Q: Can I exchange a product?   

    Exchanges are available for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?   

     We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments.

  • Q: How long does a refund take?   

     Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
